Did you know that you can use your leftover pasta even to make desserts?! That’s right! This is an easy recipe that will save your leftovers from the trash bin.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

½ cup (7 tbsp) of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

½ tsp of cinnamon

½ tsp of salt

4 cups (8oz.) of leftover fettuccine

Refined sugar (optional)

1 cup (15 tbsp) of sour cream  

½ cup (7 tbsp) of butter, melted

 

How to prepare:

Whisk in a large bowl the eggs, sour cream, butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt

Add the pasta and mix gently until coated

Put in baking pan of about 20x20cm (8×8 inch) or equivalent

Put in oven at 180 C for 30 minutes

Cover and wrap on sides with tin foil

Put back in oven for 20 more minutes

Let cool, cut and serve with a bit of refined sugar on top
